Usage Tips
1. The length of the plug is 24 inches, and the EV charger should be installed at least 47.2 inches above the ground, please measure the position of your 14-50 socket in advance.
2. When installing the charger box, drill the 4 small holes near the center (not the 4 large holes on the periphery).
3. When the EV charger is connected to the APP, please ensure that your mobile device is connected to the wireless network and turn on Bluetooth and location services.
4. After the charger is bound to a mobile device, it cannot be bound by other devices. If you need to change the mobile device, you need to unbind your previous device first.
